EEN advisers can experience difficulties when forwarding EOIs (Expression of Interests) to their clients, EOIs are received through Merlin or by mail. Most often you need to edit the EOI before you send it. You also want a quick reply from your client telling you if they are interested or not. Moreover, you need an easy way to follow-up the collaboration status, particularly when there are many EOIs received over a period of time.
All this is now solved. Finally, you can try the new tool that will allow you to edit and send EOIs to your clients as a link in a mail (in the same way you send a Partnership Proposal to your client in EasyPP). The client is given a few options informing you if they are interested or not. If interested, they indicate their preference of how the contact should be taken. The tool will keep all your EOIs received in one place, including EOIs received elsewhere, e.g. via mail. You can also send a list of all EOIs received for a particular profile as a link in a mail to you client asking for an update of the collaboration status of all the potential contacts that you have provided. A guide is available here to the right.
Please bear in mind that the tool is still under development. Hopefully you should not receive any error messages. But if you do, please let us know.
